You will assist the Maintenance Director with department activities to ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations and building codes, and help keep the facility sanitary, attractive, and in good repair, free from hazards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director with the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations and building codes.
• Assist to ensure center is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
