Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in daily department activities and to help ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state and local regulations and building codes in Waco, Texas.

The role focuses on keeping the center sanitary, attractive and orderly, ensuring facilities are in good repair and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director with maintenance department activities.
• Ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state and local regulations and building codes.
• Maintain center in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; ensure facilities are in good repair and free from hazards (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling).
