ResourceMFG in Grand Rapids is seeking a Maintenance Technician for day shift with a union shop. The role covers PM, troubleshooting, and fabrication tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Expect to operate lathes, mills, drills, and band saws, and to document work orders in CMMS. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, technical certification preferred, and the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as scheduled in the CMMS.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues on equipment.
• Perform machining operations using lathes, mills, drill presses, and band saws.
• Complete fabrication and assembly projects, including welding and bolted structures.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and work orders in the CMMS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas following 5S standards.
• Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Support additional maintenance tasks and projects as assigned.
