Job summary

TEAM in Minnesota is seeking a production operator to run CNC and manual machines to produce parts that meet print specifications. You will follow work instructions, document inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced shop.

Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, basic math with decimals, and the ability to read measuring tools. A high school diploma is required, manufacturing experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills with working knowledge of decimals.
• Ability to read measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Run production machines (CNC and manual) to produce parts per print.
• Review and follow work instructions and standard operating documents.
• Inspect parts and identify defects; notify lead of non-conformances.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work area using 5-S principles.
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately (inspection reports, counts, tags).
