Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. (MACI) is seeking a Compressor Machining Associate for the DAY SHIFT to join our Parma, MI facility. You will operate machining cells, perform inspections, and move parts along the line while upholding MACI quality standards.

Experience is welcome but not required; we will train motivated individuals. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, tuition reimbursement, a 5% 401(k) match, a discretionary bonus, paid holidays, and vacation in your first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees).
• Basic reading and math skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to MACI processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate compressor machining cells and perform inspections to MACI specifications.
• Move parts between machining, inspection and finish racks, ensuring quality and traceability.
