Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. (MACI) is hiring for a Production Control & Logistics Associate on the day shift in Parma, MI. This role supports assembly by supplying materials, managing inventory, and coordinating with production scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees).
• Basic reading skills; must be able to follow directions.
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Distribute raw materials to assembly lines as an indirect function to Production.
• Maintain bulk warehouse inventory and repack process.
• Operate forklift and tugger; scan parts from warehouse to line.
• Repack rotors and aluminum parts into production bins/totes.
• Communicate shortages or overages to production scheduling.
