Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. (MACI) in Parma, MI is hiring for an Assembly Associate for the day shift. You will perform small parts assembly for automotive compressors and must be able to obtain a PIV license. Prior experience is welcome but training is provided to motivated individuals.

The role offers full-time hours, a base schedule of 8–10.5 hours per day, and a path to growth with company benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic reading skills; must be able to follow directions.
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Pass a background check.
• Must obtain a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) license.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 35 pounds.
