We are filling positions in the Compressor Machining department. Responsibilities include machining cell operations, inspections, and moving parts efficiently while following MACI specifications and Lean 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire
• Basic reading skills; must be able to follow directions
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• High attention to detail and self-motivation
• Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Pass a drug screen
• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Machining cell operation, inspection and parts movement; troubleshoot, fault recovery, quality checks, and Lean 5S activity
• Inspect machined products to MACI specs and move parts between machining, inspection and finish racks

We Are Filling Positions In These Departments

• Compressor Machining - Responsible for machining cell operation, inspection, and parts movement. Work requires ability to troubleshoot, perform fault recovery, quality checks, preventative maintenance and Lean Manufacturing 5S activity. Inspection includes all machining product to MACI spec standards and parts movement includes product verification and transportation between machining inspection and finish racks.

• Physical demands and abilities may include:
• Regularly lift 35 pounds
• Regularly perform repetitive tasks

• Must have good eye‑hand coordination

MACI Schedule

• Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible
• Average 8-10.5 hours each day
