Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator I for the DAY SHIFT in Mason, Ohio. You will operate labeling, palletizing, and wrapping equipment, perform line changeovers, and support quality initiatives in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

You should have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, be able to lift 30–50 lbs, and work well with others while maintaining efficient production and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a number of Cold Glue Labeling machines, Dunnage fed Palletizing equipment, Strapping and wrapping machines safely and efficiently.
• Make minor repairs or adjustments to maintain high quality container production.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies at all times.
• Participate in quality improvement projects as assigned.
• Assist with mold changes, color changes, and line changeovers as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on line equipment.
