Job summary

Edgewood Brainerd is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our 99-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community. You will coordinate care, administer medications, and help residents achieve comfort and well-being.

Day shift 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday with every other weekend. Active LPN license required; nursing experience preferred. Benefits include tuition assistance for RN, early access to pay, and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.
• Willingness to train new staff.
• Commitment to HIPAA and resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality resident care outcomes.
• Order, prepare, and administer medications with documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for staffing.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies.
