Job summary

Edgewood Walker, MN, is seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our community. You’ll deliver high‑quality resident care, support our team, and help foster a warm, home‑like atmosphere.

This position offers day, evening, and weekend shifts, with full-time or part-time options. We provide tuition assistance for RN goals, health plans, a 401K, and paid time off from day one.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• Professional and courteous to residents, families and staff.
• Comfortable with computer charting and learning RTasks.

As a LPN Nurse at Edgewood, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individual to be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our staff and facility while helping create a "home-like" ambience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care

• Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program, RTasks

Qualifications

• Current state license of a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Knowledge of standards of nursing practice and awareness of standards for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Understanding of the assisted living rules and regulations and/or willingness/capability to learn.
• Professional and courteous to all residents, families and staff
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Passion and drive for helping others
