Job summary

Southern Health Partners in Craven County Jail, NC, is seeking a Full Time LPN for the Day Shift (35 hours/week, rotating schedule).

You will deliver nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and document care within a correctional setting. You’ll collaborate with providers, maintain medical records, respond to urgent needs, and uphold safety and facility policies. This role offers meaningful patient care in a structured, disciplined environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
