Job summary

Southern Health Partners is hiring an LPN for the Craven County Jail in North Carolina. This full-time, day-shift role runs from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 35-hour weekly rotating schedule.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and document patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team. A sign-on and retention bonus are available to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
