Qualifications

• Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
• Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.
• Performs duties under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision of the HSC.
