CorrectHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts in Houma, LA. The role involves providing clinical patient care under supervision in a correctional health setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a current LPN license in the state of employment, be BLS certified, and bring a patient-focused approach with a willingness to work nights and on-site in a dynamic healthcare team.

Formación

• Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
• Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certified.
• Corrections experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in clinical patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.
• Performs duties under supervision of RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision of the HSC.
• Maintains nursing standards and ethics per State Board of Nursing and accrediting agencies.
