Friendship Village of Dublin in Dublin, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Day Shift in our Assisted Living setting. You will provide 5-Star care to residents, transcribe orders, support staff, and contribute to care plans in a state-of-the-art health center.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice nursing in Ohio (LPN).
• Valid CPR.
• At least six (6) months experience in medical or surgical nursing, preferably geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star care to residents.
• Take and transcribe physicians’ orders; send telephone order slips; order medications via pharmacy fax.
• Assist with orientation, teaching and supervision of nursing staff; report to DON.
• Assess residents’ conditions and contribute to care plans; restorative and rehabilitative nursing.
