Job summary

New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Dayton, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. Responsibilities

• Ensure comfort and safety, respond to emergencies, and support residents and families.
