Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice nursing in Ohio (LPN).
• At least six months of experience in medical or surgical nursing.
• General knowledge of psychosocial and physical problems of geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Take and transcribe physicians’ orders, assist with orientation and supervision of staff.
• Continuously assess and report resident’s conditions, contribute to resident care plans.
• Administer medications and perform professional nursing duties as required.
