Bellin Health's Ashwaubenon Clinic in Green Bay, WI is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a full-time 0.90 FTE role at 1630 Commanche Ave. Day shifts 7:30am-5:00pm, weekdays, no weekends or holidays.

Under supervision, you provide nursing care, document changes, consult with RN/Provider, and teach basic health instructions to patients. Qualifications include AAMA/CCMA certification at hire or within 3 months; join a patient-centered team at Emplify

Qualifications

• Nurse-related clinical skills and patient care focus.
• Ability to document patient information accurately.
• Strong communication with health team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider or RN.
• Record nursing care provided and report changes in patient condition.
• Consult with RN/Provider when unsure about nursing or medical acts.
• Provide basic health instructions and reinforce teaching with patients.
