Job summary

Bellin Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for the Oconto Falls Clinic at 107 E Highland Dr. This part-time role is 0.50 FTE (20 hours/week) with shifts 7:30am–5:00pm, 2–3 days weekly, no weekends or holidays.

You will provide nursing care under supervision, document care, report changes, and reinforce health teaching with the care team. Licensure or certification requirements are listed above, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• If Medical Assistant, AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• If LPN, Wisconsin LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/RN.
• Record patient care and report changes in condition; consult with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical acts.
• Provide basic health instructions and reinforce teaching by health team members.
