Job summary

Aurora Medical Group in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to support ambulatory care providers, document patient information, and help deliver compassionate, coordinated care.

The role features a Monday–Thursday schedule (7:30am–5pm), with no weekends and Fridays off. Compensation is aligned with licensure (LPN/MA) and experience, within the AMG/Advocate Health system.

Qualifications

• Experience in ambulatory care settings preferred.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
