Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay seeks an LPN or CMA to provide nursing care at two Emplify Health clinic locations, under supervision of a Provider/RN. This 0.80 FTE, 32-hour weekly role splits time between East and West clinics, with shifts 6:00am to 5:00pm, no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include recording patient care, reporting changes, consulting with RN/Provider, and delivering basic health instructions.

Qualifications

• LPN or CMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• Valid WI Driver's License required.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse.
• Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act.
• Provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
