Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Lobby Supervisor to oversee lobby receptionist staff and security access controls for multiple sites. The role focuses on supervising operations, coaching personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client needs.

Key duties include managing day-to-day lobby operations, badge and visitor services, and coordinating site trainings. The position requires at least 1 year in security or related fields and a SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate supervisory experience and ability to lead lobby staff.
• Strong communication and public interaction skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services to the client.
• Oversee lobby staff, provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within authority.
• Manage day-to-day operations at the site for lobbies, badge/ID, visitor centers, and events.
• Ensure compliance with Allied Universal policies and client needs.
• Organize training for lobby personnel and maintain inventories and assets.
• Communicate staffing needs to Account Manager or recruiters and assist interviewing.
