Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Loader 2 in Caldwell, ID for 1st shift (7:00 am - 4:00 pm). This full-time role handles incoming and outgoing shipments, operates forklifts, and assists with inventory counts to keep shipping operations efficient.

Pay is $22-$24 per hour with full-time benefits starting day one. Responsibilities include following safety rules, crating and packaging parts for transport, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the work area.

Qualifications

• Follows safety rules in a manufacturing environment.
• Uses crating/packaging resources to secure parts during transport.
• Operates forklifts and other lifting equipment.
• Decides when to check actual vs max trailer load.
• Assists with inventory counts as required.
• Maintains continuous improvement practices in the work area.
• May be assigned other tasks by the team leader.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload products.
• Ensure parts are securely fastened for transport.
• Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely.
• Support inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Take on additional projects as directed by the team leader.
