Chick-fil-A Cox Road in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for day shifts. You’ll prepare menu items to quality standards, work with a supportive team, and develop skills in food safety, teamwork, and leadership.

This position offers daytime hours (Mon-Sat), pay ranging from $11 to $16 per hour, and paid training with growth opportunities into trainer and leadership roles. Qualified candidates will be dependable, able to stand during shifts, and eager to learn in a welcoming

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; paid training provided.
• Daytime availability Mon–Sat and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, follow food-safety procedures, and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items to quality standards.
• Follow food-safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures.
• Work in breading, cooking, food preparation, assembly and support positions.
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently during busy meal periods.
• Stock ingredients and keep work areas organized.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment after training.
• Communicate clearly and support teammates; assist with cleaning and stocking.
