Chick-fil-A Cox Road in Gastonia, NC is hiring a Front of House Team Member for the night shift. You will welcome guests, take orders at the counter and drive-thru, and help deliver a fast, friendly experience.

This role offers evening hours (4:00 PM–11:00 PM), part-time or full-time options, paid training, and opportunities to grow into leadership. Pay ranges from $11 to $16 per hour plus benefits and team perks.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Paid training and ongoing development provided.
• You’ll develop skills in communication, teamwork, customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine care
• Take accurate orders at the front counter and in the drive-thru
• Prepare beverages, assemble orders, and deliver food
• Work in indoor and outdoor drive-thru positions
• Maintain clean, stocked, and welcoming service areas
• Communicate clearly with teammates during busy dinner periods
• Complete cleaning, stocking, and closing responsibilities
• Help prepare the restaurant for a successful opening the following day
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for accuracy, speed, hospitality, and safety
