Chick-fil-A Cox Road in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Front of House Team Member for night shifts. You will welcome guests, take orders at the front counter and drive-thru, and prepare beverages while maintaining a clean, welcoming area.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

• Evening availability required (4:00 PM – 11:00 PM) three to five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine care.
• Take accurate orders at the front counter and in the drive-thru.
• Prepare beverages, assemble orders, and deliver food.
• Work in indoor and outdoor drive-thru positions.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and welcoming service areas.
• Communicate clearly with teammates during busy dinner periods.
• Complete cleaning, stocking, and closing responsibilities.
• Help prepare the restaurant for a successful opening the following day.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for accuracy, speed, hospitality, and safety.

You'll help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for our guests while developing valuable skills in communication, teamwork, customer service, and leadership.

Pay:$11-$16 per hour

Schedule:Part-time or full-time, approximately 20-40 hours per week

Evening availability needed:Monday-Saturday

Location:424 Cox Road, Gastonia, NC
