Job summary

Oaklawn Hot Springs is seeking a Steward to ensure the availability of clean dishes and maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen. You will wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware and help reset the kitchen for the next shift, while supporting cooks and servers as needed.

Ideal candidates will have guest service or food service experience, physical stamina to perform duties, and a collaborative approach to teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical job duties and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure clean inventory.
• Reset kitchen area for next shift and maintain sanitation standards.
• Assist cooks and servers as needed and support overall kitchen operations.
• Follow health and sanitation guidelines and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness in kitchen and related areas.
