Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure availability of clean dishes.
• Help reset the kitchen for the next shift and ensure cleanliness of areas and equipment.
• Provide impeccable guest service and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow health and sanitation guidelines and assist cooks and servers as needed.
• Stock cleaning supplies and assist with event banquet setups when required.
• Maintain equipment and assist with general housekeeping duties.
