Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Exact tasks are flexible to meet client specifications, ensuring clean and safe environments across commercial facilities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or six months janitorial experience.
On the job training will be provided.

Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
Empty trash cans and manage waste per site guidelines.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet care.
Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
Follow housekeeping schedule and operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
