Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or six months janitorial experience preferred.
• Attention to detail essential; ability to follow complex instructions.
• On-the-job training will be provided to learn client-specific cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for using cleaners and equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste according to client requirements.
• Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors; perform carpet spot cleaning as needed.
• Replenish paper products and sanitizers; follow housekeeping schedules.
• Use heavy cleaning equipment as required by the scope of work.
