Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 6 months janitorial experience required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Use approved cleaners and equipment safely to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste as required.
• Clean windows and glass partitions; perform carpet care when needed.
• Restock paper products and supplies; follow the cleaning schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed and per client requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
