Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside buildings or client sites. The role requires flexibility to meet client specifications and supports full-time employment with a $13 per hour wage.

Work hours include Monday through Sunday, 11a-6a, and the team emphasizes safety and diligence. Qualifying candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of janitorial experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans and use of compactor as required.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners.
