Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking an Inventory Control Technician to maintain and monitor inventory levels and product movement. This 2nd shift role operates Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime as needed, and offers a pay scale up to $24.50 per hour.

The successful candidate will perform cycle counts, audits, and data entry with WMS and Microsoft Office, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inventory control experience.
• Experience with food safety concepts or willingness to receive training.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product and packaging material inventory use.
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
• Communicate inventory issues to customers, vendors, and Production Planner.
• Support production lines and backfill on demand.
• Follow safety and SOP guidelines and ensure quality control.
