Kreate is hiring for an Hourly Associate on our Day shift in Findlay, OH. You will operate injection molding machines to produce quality products and ensure they meet our production standards, while keeping a clean, organized work area.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a scheduled pay increase every 6 months. The role requires reliability, the ability to stand long hours, basic math, and a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Team-oriented and willing to overtime.

Responsabilités

• Operate injection molding machines to produce a quality product within production standards.
• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection to ensure defect-free.
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standards.
• Inspect and pack product according to standard.
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning and organizing.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at end of shift.
• Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise.
• Complete other duties, as assigned.
