Job summary

Gold Star Foods is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk (Days) to coordinate inbound deliveries, process documentation, and maintain accurate inventory levels. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, communicating with vendors, processing BOLs, printing labels, and assisting with cycle counts and general warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for documents, data analysis, and pivot tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong reading and writing ability for accurate documentation.
• Experience with NAV for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Adherence to shipping and inventory procedures is required.
• Ability to identify and resolve warehouse operation issues.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage duties and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound deliveries with vendors and carriers.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve shipment delays or issues.
• Process Bills of Lading, note damages or shortages, document records.
• Print labels for received goods for inventory tracking.
• File and submit documentation promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Process invoices for CRM and RA to keep financial records accurate.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues with internal teams to find solutions.
• Assist with storing merchandise and operating forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain consistent attendance to support daily receiving operations.
