Job summary

Gold Star Foods is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to support the receiving team. You will unload shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify counts against POs, and update inventory in the system.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse receiving, preferably in food industry.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, or defects; report issues.
• Verify quantity/quality against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Record and update inventory in the warehouse management system.
