Legacy Turkey in Melrose, MN is seeking a full-time Day Shift HR Supervisor to lead daily HR operations and support employees and supervisors through leave administration, onboarding, and policy enforcement.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across plant departments.

• Assists with onboarding, orientation, employee communications, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Identifies opportunities to improve HR processes and escalates complex leave and accommodation matters to the HR Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to guide supervisors, improve processes, and support a respectful, engaged workforce.

$62,500 - $93,000
