Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager for day shift, full-time. You will oversee the pharmacy department's daily operations, provide patient care when needed, manage inventory, and mentor staff. The role supports policy development and staff education within a hospital setting.

The position requires a PharmD or B.S./PharmD with 5+ years hospital pharmacy leadership, an active license, and familiarity with EMR. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• B.S. or PharmD. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 5+ years hospital pharmacy experience including leadership.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with State Board.
• Sterile compounding and other state requirements as applicable.
• BL S certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and before direct patient care.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients as needed.
• Manage inventory and staff oversight.
• Develop policies and procedures; educate staff.
• Mentor clinical pharmacists and supportive personnel.
• Assist Pharmacy Director when unavailable.
