Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK seeks a Pharmacy Director to lead hospital pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and partner with hospital leadership to advance patient care.

You will mentor clinical pharmacists and staff, oversee recruitment and performance, and drive policy development, safety, and quality initiatives across the department. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Three or more years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise activities in hospital pharmacy.
• Mentor clinical pharmacists and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead department staffing, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain quality improvement and safety practices.
