Job summary

Ardent Health Services seeks a Day Shift, full-time ER Pharmacist Specialist in Tulsa, OK to join a high-acuity hospital team. You’ll provide safe, effective, and timely medication therapy, and deliver patient-centered care within a decentralized pharmacy model alongside physicians, nurses, and other staff.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or fellowship AND Completion of an accredited PGY-2 Specialty Pharmacy Residency or fellowship (or 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience with no PGY-2).
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification (or planned within 1 year).
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy.
• ALS/ACLS certification and BLS within 14 days of hire.
• Board Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy.
• Deliver patient-centered care and integrated pharmacy services in a decentralized practice setting with clinicians and hospital staff.
• Support centralized and decentralized medication-use systems.
