Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, in Minneapolis seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will oversee ISP implementation, supervise Caregivers, and support daily activities including meals, medication, and personal care.

The role blends hands-on leadership with administrative duties, offering full-time schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Excellent communication with ability to establish rapport with individuals served and team members.
Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
One year related work experience in a caregiving or supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
Provide support including daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; personal care.
Duties are split between direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transportation to work or activities.
