No specific grinding experience is required, but a proven work ethic and reliability are valued. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safety lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Specializing in grinding and finishing of metal castings.
• Operate production equipment including cobots and auto-grinders.
• Maintain pace by meeting targets and productivity goals.
• Work as a team, knowing when to ask for help and when to support teammates.
• Perform other finishing facility tasks as assigned.
