Lodge Cast Iron is hiring a Finisher for the South Pittsburg, TN site. The role involves moving castings through inspection, grinding, and cleaning to ensure pieces meet quality standards. You will sort, identify defects, and keep production flowing, working hands-on with conveyors and grinders while adhering to safety rules.

The job emphasizes physical endurance, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and prior tool experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic hand tool knowledge required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Forklift license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Move castings through inspection, grinding, and cleaning to meet Lodge quality standards.
• Sort castings, identify defects, and route products to the next step while keeping production flowing.
• Work hands-on with conveyors, grinders, and cleaning equipment, following safety standards at all times.
• Role is fast-paced, physical, and detail-driven, with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and teamwork.
