Qualifications

• Basic math and English reading skills required.
• Experience using an industrial grinder preferred.
• Ability to solve simple problems.
• Adhere to safety policies and practices.
• High level of personal accountability and attention to detail.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grinds all welds, seams, and high spots marked by the line inspector safely and efficiently using large hand grinders.
• Inspects equipment daily.
• Communicates quality and equipment problems to supervisor.
• Follows job work instructions and training matrix, where applicable.
