Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager for our Tooele, Utah location. The role requires leading store operations from 6am to 2pm, coaching staff, and ensuring a top-notch guest experience. You’ll handle deposits, inventory, and daily closeouts with a focus on efficient, friendly service.

Competitive pay in the $60k–$65k range with a quarterly bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Growth opportunities are strong, with many leaders promoted from within.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Experience with P&L analysis and achieving food cost targets is valuable and required to some extent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on, “own it” approach.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure catering/mobile/in-store orders are executed.
• Manage schedule, deposits, inventory, and daily closing procedures.
