Einstein Bros. Bagels in Towson, MD seeks a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on, ownership mindset. The role starts with early morning baking and continues through the day to ensure the store is audit-ready, orders are fulfilled, and customers have an exceptional experience.

The GM will lead a hands-on team, manage payroll, inventory, and cost controls, and mentor staff for advancement. 18+ years old; 1–3 years GM/ AGM experience preferred; P&L exposure valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years GM/ AGM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a "treat it like you own it" approach.
• Start early with 4am bake, ensure audit readiness and smooth order execution.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and lead a motivated team.
• Handle deposits and daily close 30–45 minutes after close.
• Recruit and develop internal talent to grow into leadership roles.
