Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Pleasant View, Utah, to support the General Manager in daily operations and guest experience. You will help motivate the team, maintain quality, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the store.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment designed to balance work and life. Must be 18+, pass background checks, and hold a ServSafe certification where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Able to pass background check.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but location-specific).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
