Einstein Bros. Bagels in Goodyear, AZ seeks a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on, ownership mindset. You’ll lead a one-shift operation starting as early as 4am, ensuring audit readiness, managing catering and in-store orders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes people leadership, P&L awareness, and recruiting talented teams. The position offers 6am–2pm hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• Successful GMs have 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.
• Recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent is a key function.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.
• Operate on a one-shift-model and start as early as 4am for baking and opening.
• Ensure audit readiness, execute catering/mobile/in-store orders, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Close the store at 2pm and manage schedule, order, or inventory as needed.
• Take the daily deposit to the bank and complete training.
