Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Kentucky is seeking a Forklift Operator I to safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks for product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stacking, cycle counts, quality checks, and adherence to OSHA safety rules.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Must meet PPE requirements and demonstrate strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload pallets and cases from trucks or conveyors.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for movement and stacking.
• Sort and build products on pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Apply shrink wrap to pallets and perform quality checks.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and inventory maintenance.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and cooperate with team members.
